Knowledge GraphsHOP-PAA is a tag in the query expansion system that marks sub-queries discovered by analyzing People Also Ask (PAA) sections in Google search results through multi-level exploration.
The process works by systematically exploring PAA sections — starting from the seed query's PAA section, then exploring PAA sections of those questions, creating deeper levels of discovery. Unlike LLM-generated queries, HOP-PAA phrases come directly from Google's search interface. Since these questions appear in actual search results, they receive grounding tags that confirm their real-world presence rather than predicted status.
For example, starting with seed query 'forced heirship' leads to PAA question 'how much is forced heirship from parents,' which generates its own PAA section containing 'can you waive forced heirship' and additional related questions. This multi-level approach captures questions that LLMs might miss, since they originate from Google's actual search data rather than AI predictions. These questions become ready-made H2/H3 headings and FAQ entries for your content.
