CORE Section (CSI Core)

CORE Section (CSI Core) is the primary division of a Topical Map that contains clusters representing main and derived attributes relative to the Source Context.

For example, for a pool website CORE includes /frame-pool/ (frame pools), /garden-pool/ (garden pools). In the clustering pipeline, clusters with main and derived attributes go to CORE. Publishing strategy assumes CORE first, minimum 20 pages at start (bulk publishing).

CORE builds the foundation of Topical Authority — without it, the OUTER section has no support and generates no ranking signals.
